Terence Crawford versus Thomas Dulorme Boxing Match
Terence Crawford (25-0, 17 KO’s) who was recently named the BWAA (Boxing Writers Association of America) Fighter of the year battled Thomas Dulorme (22-1, 14 KO’s) on saturday 18th day of April, 2014. for the WBO World Junior Welterweight title.
The Crawford versus Dulorme fight was an excellent match up for the WBO World Junior Welter-weight title. The fight took place at College Park Centre located at University of Texas Campus which saw Terence Crawford continue is undefeated run.
Victory for Crawford began at the sixth round after a contentious 1st-5th rounds. Early in the fight, Dulorme out punched Crawford but it appears it was part of Crawford’s Strategy to win the fight. At the opening of the fourth round, Crawford started sending his famous jabs at Dulorme at a frequent pace. The Jab would eventually prove to be the winner for Crawford. It all began when Crawford faked Dulorme with the jab, Dulorme who was anticipating the Jab took the bait and Crawford seized the opportunity to send home a left and right hand double punch combination. Dulorme stumbled into the corner where Crawford drove home more punches as soon as Dulorme rose, dropping Dulorme for the second time in the process.
When Dulorme got back from the second knockdown, Crawford delivered another set of punches that saw Dulorme going down for the third time and the match was stopped. Crawford won the match in the Sixth round with a Technical Knockout. This type of victory further brightened the career of Terence Crawford. Before the match Crawford had hinted that he would capitalize on Dulorme’s mistakes and he did just that with the faked jab in the opening seconds of the sixth round.

Terence Crawford was born on the 28th day of September, 1987 is a professional boxer under the light-welterweight division. He is undefeated in his professional career and the present WBO Light Welter-Weight Champion. He formerly was WBO lightweight Champion.
In the year 2006, he won the National Pal Championships as an amateur. In the same year he also won the Blue and Gold National Championships as an amateur. In the following year (2007) he won the US Pan-American Games Box-offs as an amateur.
In his professional Career, Crawford debuted with the Brian cummings match where he leaped to fame after knocking out his opponent in the 1st round. Crawford went on to defeat the hard hitting Colombian boxer Breidis Prescott and later Alejandro Sanabria picking up the vacant WBO and NABO lightweight title in the process.

Thomas Dulorme was born on the Saint Martin Island where he was with his parents for three years until his family moved to Pueto Rico. Thomas Dulorme started boxing at the early age of Eight (8). Dulorme identifies himself as a Pueto Rican and expressed his desire to represent Pueto Rico everytime he steps into the ring. Although Thomas Dulorme struggled in his professional debut against David Rodriguez he was able to complete an impressive string of ten straight knockouts after that. On the 10th day of June, 2011 Dulorme beat former welterweight Champion Demarcus Corley in a third round knockout. On the 18th day of February, 2012, Dulorme made an appearance on the Shobox knocking out late sub Ariz Ambriz in the first round. Thomas Dulorme has won the NABA USA welterweight Championship, NABF Light Welterweight Championship as well as WBO NABO Light Welterweight Championship.
